QueensVesture offers a range of customized clothing products through its online store. The designs, graphics, images, and other content on the Products may be created by QueensVesture or submitted by customers for customization.

QueensVesture’s integration with Printify allows for the production, fulfillment, and shipping of customized Products. Please note that QueensVesture does not directly handle manufacturing, inventory, or shipping.

By placing an order in our store, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your purchase, including personal details, shipping address, and payment information. You acknowledge that any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided may result in delays or non-delivery of your order.

QueensVesture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and provide a refund, if applicable.

The prices displayed on our store are in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. QueensVesture strives to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order accordingly.

Payment for orders placed on our store is processed through secure payment gateways. QueensVesture does not store any payment information and relies on third-party providers for payment processing. By placing an order, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of the chosen payment processor.

QueensVesture retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the designs, graphics, images, and other content created or provided by QueensVesture. Customers may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of QueensVesture’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Customers are solely responsible for the designs, graphics, images, and other content they upload or use in the creation of customized Products. By uploading or using such content, you affirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce the content.

QueensVesture relies on Printify for the manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping of Products. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and tracking information will be provided to you during the order placement process.

QueensVesture and Printify are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages that occur during the shipping process. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving any issues and communicate with Printify on your behalf.

QueensVesture and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of our store or the purchase of Products.

QueensVesture’s total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.
