To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging, with any tags or labels intact.

Customized products, including those with personalized designs, graphics, or text, are generally not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We encourage you to review your customizations carefully before placing an order.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support within 2 days from the date of delivery, providing your order number and a detailed issue description.

Our customer support team will assess your request and guide you through the return process. In some cases, we may require additional information or photographs to evaluate the return eligibility.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition. If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1, we reserve the right to reject the return and withhold a refund or replacement.

If your return is approved and the item is deemed eligible, we will process a refund or replacement, based on your preference and product availability.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
